Planning a Prom Night Arrival
Most prom groups work backwards from the start time printed on the invitation. Decide the time you want to walk in, allow for the photo stop outside the venue, then add the travel time from the furthest pickup address. Giving us that running order when you enquire lets us suggest a collection time with a comfortable buffer.
Group bookings are easiest when one person acts as the organiser: they collect names, agree the pickup points and deal with us directly. Sharing the hire between everyone in the car is why a single large limo is so popular with friendship groups.
Prom Night Checklist
- Agree pickup order: who is collected first, and where everyone will meet if not all starting from one house.
- Confirm the venue drop-off point and whether parents or staff will be waiting for photos.
- Decide on the return journey: a late collection from the venue, or a one-way arrival only.

Common Questions
How many friends fit in one limo?
It depends on the vehicle. Our Hummer H2 and Hummer Style limos seat up to 16, while the Lincoln is better suited to smaller groups. Give us your numbers and we will match the car.
Can we be collected from more than one address?
Multiple pickups can usually be planned into one booking. Send us each address and the order you would like, and we will confirm the route and timings.
When should we book for prom season?
As early as your date is confirmed. Fridays and Saturdays in the late-spring and early-summer prom window go first, so book as soon as the venue and date are set.
