a) We advise all customers to only pay the reservation fee requested and not the full amount.
b) Should you cancel your booking then the Reservation Fee or full payment paid is non-refundable. Additionally where jobs are cancelled with less than 14 days' notice the full agreed price becomes due and owing.
Booked Dates can be Rescheduled WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE ONCE ONLY.
IF A VEHICLE REQUESTED BECOMES UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON ONE WILL BE SOURCED LIKE FOR LIKE OR SIMILAR AT SAME COST.
